Full Training Contract

Substitutions/Reservations: Class size is limited. Reservations
are taken on a “first come, first served” basis, and are confirmed when
registration with prepayment is received at least 5 days in advance of the class.
NOTE: Theres is no guarantee of admission to any class for which reservation
with pre-payment has not been made. Attendees other than those registered may
be substituted for previously reserved spaces in the training course without penalty.
ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. reserves the right to allow other attendees to
participate in the training course.

Rescheduling: Registrants may reschedule for another scheduled class,
subject to availability. Request must be made/received 48 hours (two business days)
prior to the originally scheduled session, without penalty. If no request is received
within that time, a full session fee will be due.

Cancellation: As stated above, all cancellations must be received
within 48 hours in advance. In addition, the purchaser may be held liable for any
expenses that are incurred by ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. for the sole purpose
of the class. Payment of 100% of student fee will be assessed for the original training
date, and a 1 1/2 % late penalty will be assessed per month for any late payment. ALL
AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. is not responsible for any losses incurred due to
airline or hotel cancellations.

Payment: All tuition fees are due prior to the beginning of class. A
complete registration form with check or money order can be mailed in advance.
There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. Registrations by fax,
email, or online, must be accompanied by complete credit card information. Purchaser
understands that no certificate will be provided unless the student (1) passes the course
with a 70% or higher and (2) payment is made in full. In the event the student does not
pass the course, they may opt to retake the test for a fee of $50.00. If the test is not
passed on the second attempt, the course will have to be retaken, at the same price the
student paid for the original course.

Class Times and Attendance: All classes are normally scheduled between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Participants absent from more than 10% of class time
will not be eligible to take the exam or complete the course, and will not be issued a
refund, but may apply pre-payment to the next available class.

Weather Advisory Information: Due to regulatory requirements that students
attend specific class hours to be eligible for successful completion of courses, ALL AMERICAN
BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. is most reluctant to cancel classes due to weather conditions, and
generally will hold classes even though other local schools or businesses may close. Students
should assume our scheduled classes will be held. A two-hour late arrival in a severe situation
is acceptable, and can generally be made up during lunch time. Missing more time than that will
likely make students ineligible for certification, and require that they re-schedule for the
next available course.

Right to Cancel: ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. reserves the right to
cancel/reschedule any course due to any unforeseen or unknown circumstances and those listed
in items 5 or 7 or that does not meet the minimum attendance requirements. In the event that
payment has been received prior to class, a refund may be made to purchaser or applied to the
rescheduled class. Every effort will be made to contact pre-registrants by phone or e-mail if
changes are anticipated.

Force Majeure: Any service or training that is to be provided by ALL AMERICAN
BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. under this contract and any scheduled duty shall be excused, extended
or rescheduled due to but not limited to any strike or, act of God, governmental restriction,
enemy action, civil commotion, fire, theft, unavoidable casualty or any other cause beyond All
American Building Products, Inc. control.

What to bring: Participants will be provided with a course manual and other
appropriate handouts. You are encouraged to bring “highlighters” and pens/pencils.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: Attendees/Purchaser understands and agrees that under
this contract All American Building Products, Inc. shall in no event be held liable for any
reason for any liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses to person or property by any reason or
act of ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. Purchaser/Attendee shall indemnify and hold ALL
AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. harmless against such liability, and in no event shall ALL
AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. be liable for lost or loss of profits arising out of or in
connection of this agreement. Purchaser/Attendee also agrees that ALL AMERICAN BUILDING
PRODUCTS, INC. will not be liable to any attendee, Purchaser or third party or the use or
misuse of information used visually, written or orally in this course. Purchaser/Attendee
also agrees that information used in the course may change and it is that obligation of the
Purchaser/Attendee to be responsible to verify, update and learn any changes in course.

Warranty: ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. warrants that the training offered
to the Purchaser/Attendee to fulfill the regulatory training requirements have been approved by
the appropriate agency(ies) for the purpose of certifying ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC.
ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. makes no promise or guarantees that the course content will
equip any individual for a particular job skill or task other than serving to fulfill the regulatory
requirements of the training provided, nor is the passage of any examination required by law over
the material presented in the course guaranteed. The successful completion of this course also does
not guarantee, promise or fully prepare any person for employment deem them suitable or qualifies
them for skill licensure for employment. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC.
OR ANY ASSOCIATED COMPANY IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ORAL WARRANTIES, PROMISES, OR REPRESENTATIONS AS
TO THE SERVICES AND NONE SHALL BE BINDING UPON ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. UNLESS REDUCED
TO WRITING AND SIGNED BY AN OFFICER OF ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC.

Legal Fees: In the event that legal action is taken/initiated or enforced under any
provision under this agreement against the Purchaser, ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. shall be
entitled to collect any and all fees incurred up to but not limited to court cost, attorney fees and
all other expenses in connection with the action.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement
will be litigated by Tulsa County District Court.

Course Accessibility: ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. will make every effort
to ensure that the course will be held at facilities which are fully accessible to persons with
disabilities. Purchaser must inform ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. (7) days before the training
class if special accommodations are necessary.

Consideration and Authorization: Purchaser/Attendees agree that the contract
received has been deemed fair and adequate. The party signing this contract has the authority to
sign on behalf of the entity represented and shall not hold ALL AMERICAN BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC.
for any conflict between Pruchaser/Representatives or Attendee.
